Protest of Iran National Steel Industrial Group workers during Friday prayer in Ahvaz, Iran
Workers from the Iran National Steel Industrial Group in Ahvaz gathered at the Friday prayer location of the city in Khuzestan Province, Iran on Friday, February 23, and launched a protest.
At the Friday prayers, the workers from the Iran National Steel Industrial Group held up written manuscripts that stated their protest against the failure to fulfill promised pledges to meet their demands.
It was written on their handwritten notes:
– How much more patience until promises are fulfilled?
– Or hojat Ibn al-Hassan take away the root of oppression
– Minimum living wage of workers is below the poverty line
Workers from the Iran National Steel Industrial Group in Ahvaz, who have not received their salaries for three months, also met on Wednesday, February 21st, in Ahvaz province in front of Khuzestan Governorate.
